Graham Le Tissier - Administrative Assistant

Graham joined our Support Services after previously working with Lloyds TSB as a Facilities Assistant.

As Graham is Community Pharmacy Scotland's Administrive Assistant he has a wide variety of roles ranging from dealing with enquiries to helping with accounts.

Laura Donnelly - Website Assistant

Laura studied Graphic Design and Illustration at Perth College where she went on to graduate and become an inhouse graphic designer for Learning Curve Education - one of Scotland's leading producers of digital media for schools and education.

Laura is the most recent addition to the Support Services team and her main duties involve the maintanence of Community Pharmacy Scotland's website.

Christine McKinlay - Contractor Services Supervisor

Christine trained as a technician in hospital pharmacy and worked in retail pharmacy before joining the Scottish Pharmaceutical General Council in 1981.  She was employed initially to input information for a drug survey but was kept on as a prescription price checker. She has been supervisor of the department for 15 years. Christine is liaison officer for Ayrshire & Arran Pharmacy Contractors Committee.

Loretta Bain - Contractor Services Assistant Supervisor

Loretta came to work at the Scottish Pharmaceutical General Council in January 1983, having previously worked for a short while at the Prescription Pricing Division.  Employed initially as a prescription price checker she became Assistant Supervisor of Contractor Services in 2007 during the restructuring of the organisation to Community Pharmacy Scotland. Loretta is liaison officer for Greater Glasgow, Orkney, Shetland and Western Isles Pharmacy Contractor Committees.

Heather Couston - Contractor Services Assistant

Heather joined the Scottish Pharmaceutical General Council in March 2000 as a prescription price checker.  She previously worked at the Prescription Pricing Division. Heather acts as liaison officer for Lanarkshire Pharmacy Contractor Committee.

Dolores Dangel - Contractor Services Assistant

Dolores joined the Scottish Pharmaceutical General Council in May 2002 as a prescription price checker after working in a pharmacy for several years. She is liaison officer for the Tayside Pharmacy Contractors Committee.

Heather Drysdale - Contractor Services Assistant

Heather joined the Scottish Pharmaceutical General Council in July 1999 as a prescription price checker.  Previously she worked full time in her local community pharmacy. Heather acts as liaison officer to Borders Pharmacy Contractor Committees.

Helen Findlay - Contractor Services Assistant

Helen joined the Scottish Pharmaceutical General Council in August 1999 as a prescription price checker.  She previously worked at the Prescription Pricing Division for a number of years as a pricer then as a Higher Clerical Officer (Senior Pricer) in charge of a small group of pricers. Helen acts as liaison officer to Fife Pharmacy Contractors Committee.

Ann Gault - Contractor Services Assistant

Ann joined the Scottish Pharmaceutical General Council in July 1999 as a prescription price checker.  Previously Ann worked at the Prescription Pricing Division. Ann is the liaison officer for the Forth Valley Pharmacy Contractors Committee.

June joined the Scottish Pharmaceutical General Council in March 1997 as a member of the Central Checking Unit, now known as Contractor Services, as a prescription price checker after working in retail pharmacy for several years. June is liaison officer for Grampian Pharmacy Contractors Committee.

Janette Shields - Contractor Services Assistant

Janette joined the Scottish Pharmaceutical General Council in August 1984.  She was employed initially to help with a discount survey but was kept on as a prescription price checker.  Previously she was employed by Heriot Watt University, Unit for Research into Drug Usage where she was involved in collating feedback for General Practitioners in England and Wales. Janette is the liaison officer for Highland Pharmacy Contractors Committee.

Alistair Weir - Administrative Support Assistant

Alistair studied Pharmacology at the University of Edinburgh and graduated in June 2011. He previously worked for William Hill Bookmakers and joined CPS following a position as a Bar Manager.
