Vismed was previously on the disallowed items list as it is registered as a medical device.
From 1st April 2008 there is a new category in Part 3 on the Scottish Drug Tariff.

Only these two presentations of Vismed are allowed.
Vismed gel eye drops and Vismed light eye drops are still disallowed.

Further supplies of stationery forms should be ordered through your Board contact. You should make sure you know the time needed to order and receive additional supplies of stationery from your Board in order to ensure you do not run out of forms before you receive your next supply.
