Community Pharmacy Scotland (CPS) has created its own bespoke insurance service CPS Insurance Services. Members will benefit from insurance products tailored to the pharmacy market, which will give at least equivalent levels of cover and at very keen prices.

CPS has taken this step in response to feedback received from members that existing providers’ products had greatly increased in price and it gives our contractor members the opportunity to re-establish a mutual insurance entity for their benefit going forward.

At present we can offer the typical commercial package covering:

• Professional Indemnity

• Commercial Building and Contents

• Loss of Earnings/Income

• Public Liability

• Employers Liability

• Motor Fleet

In the near future all pharmacy staff will be able to access domestic insurance products at equally competitive prices. CPS insurance services are being provided and administered by Kinnell Corporate Limited.
