About Corporate Affairs

The Corporate Affairs function within Community Pharmacy Scotland has a remit to engage with politicians and external bodies; to improve the organisation’s communication PR and Press function, and to work closely with the pharmacy contractors’ committees in each NHS Board area.

Community Pharmacy Scotland is recognised by the Scottish Government as the body which represents and negotiates on behalf of Scotland’s community pharmacy contractor owners. The organisation is committed to the development and strengthening of the community pharmacy network. The development of new pharmaceutical services and creation of a strong financial framework that delivers around these new care services will secure a strong future for community pharmacy and allow community pharmacists to deliver the highest standards of pharmaceutical care to Scotland’s patients.
