Claire Baker MSP Visit To Lloyds Pharmacy Pathhead Kirkcaldy
Mid Scotland and Fife MSP Claire Baker was given an opportunity to see how community pharmacists are helping deliver modern healthcare when she visited Lloyds Pharmacy Pathead, Kirkcaldy, earlier this week.
The visit was organised by Community Pharmacy Scotland, which represents the interests of the owners of Scotland’s 1232 community pharmacies, in order for Claire to see the contribution a modern community pharmacy is having on care in her constituency area.
Claire met with Niall Dewar Cluster Manager and Alison Irving Clinical Development Manager, staff, patients and representatives of Community Pharmacy Scotland to see, at first hand, the important contribution that community pharmacists and pharmacy assistants are making on the frontline of the modern NHS.
