GPhC

Can all contractors make sure they have registered with GPhC for both pharmacy and premises. Final extension midnight tonight. 01/12/2010

If you do not register by then the penalty is substantial:

  • £100 application fee to rejoin the register plus

  • a restoration fee of £540 for pharmacists, £647 for premises and £284 for technicians

Those who miss this deadline will receive notification from GPhC after 31st December which will tell them that their names have been removed from the register thus making it illegal for them to practise from 1st January 2011.

Remember that the GPhC is the organisation with which you must be registered in order to practise pharmacy in any capacity.
