The CPS negotiating team managed to reach a settlement with the Scottish Government in late March of this year, prior to the dissolution of Parliament for our 2011/12 financial envelope. Vision 21


Our focus of late has been on negotiations with the Scottish Government in an attempt to secure our contractors’ financial package for 2011/12 before parliament is dissolved in preparation for the May Scottish elections. Vision 20


We are entering the early stages of negotiating our financial envelope for the next year and this is set against the backdrop of a very challenging public sector financial position. Vision 19
