The purpose of this letter is to set out various changes in relation to the prescription of and access to antivirals, now that it appears that the worst of the pandemic has passed.
This guidance sets out the policy framework with regard to the introduction and availability of newly licensed medicines in the NHS in Scotland which includes wider considerations such as the Pharmaceutical Price Regulation Scheme (PPRS) and Patient Access Schemes (PAS).
