Smoking Cessation

Contractors in the Lothian area should note that the national minimum dataset form for smoking cessation has now been updated for use in Lothian.

Contractors should ensure all sections of the form are completed as appropriate and submitted in a timeously fashion to the smoking cessation administrators in the Board.
